The world lost a great man on December 24, 2012. But heaven gained a great one. That man was not only my papa (grandfather) but my buddy, sidekick and best friend. He meant the world to me!

I have so many amazing memories with my papa, memories that I will treasure forever, but that doesn’t seem to help with the pain. I am hurting more than I can describe to anyone. A sadness I can’t wrap my head around. There is a huge hole in my heart and my soul. I know time will heal, but I have so many questions. I keep talking to him and telling him to show me signs he is listening.

I am waiting papa. I miss you and love you more than anyone on this earth will ever know or understand.
